This morning the server crashed like 4 times while we were playing with the Error: Warning Connection Problems. It happened around 7:45AM, CST, 8:15AM CST and just now at 8:58AMCST. I added some maps but that shouldn't have caused that. Can you tell what was happening?

In most of these cases it is an issue with STEAM. First was it the same map that it crashed on or different maps? Also try going to the control panel and have it reboot the server. Rebooting quite offten removes the issue if its not steam or the internet. Also check the ping from the server list if its high then its internet issue.

It happened while playing different maps. It has happened this morning as well while we were playing dod_office.

there are a couple of office versions with the first one being the one that crashes quite often. Some maps cant handle all of the plugins that are used most of the time and in order to play it plugins need to be deactivated.
